Lunch Sponsorship Program
We are pleased to invite applications for the 2010 NCAC Lunch Sponsorship Program. NCAC Lunch Sponsors will obtain, prepare, and deliver lunch food for approximately 100 Cyclists and 30 Crew Members on one day of the 2010 NCAC (May 20, 21, or 22, 2010). Lunch Sponsors will also be required to provide at least two volunteers to help NCAC Crew Members staff the lunch stop on the assigned day.
To recognize your commitment and contribution to the 2010 NCAC, Lunch Sponsors will receive a $1500 donation from the NorCal AIDS Challenge. Three Lunch Sponsors will be selected for the 2010 NCAC.
The NCAC Organizing Committee will provide a detailed list of supplies and preparation instructions. Each lunch will comprise chilled beverages, snack foods, and assorted ingredients for sandwiches. No cooking or heating of food will be required. The list of supplies, preparation instructions, and estimated cost to purchase all of the material can be obtained by contacting NCAC Event Coordinator Darci Gilbert at gilbert9549@sbcglobal.net or 916-716-2154.
