The NorCal AIDS Challenge Princess
Plan
To save costs and maximize the
amount of money we give to our beneficiaries, we’ll be staying at county
fairgrounds and sleeping in tents each night of the Challenge.
Every morning you’ll pack up your tent and then
turn it over to the gear truck drivers, who’ll
transport your stuff to the next night’s site.
Although camp life is a central part of the Challenge
for many, we understand that for some people sleeping
on the ground at all, let alone after crewing or riding
all day, will simply not do. So if you must sleep in
a bed for one, two, or all three nights of the Challenge,
feel free to try to reserve a room and a mattress at
any of the locations listed below. Pea not included.
HOWEVER, if you do choose to Princess
it during the Challenge, please be aware of the following
guidelines:
- You are responsible for arranging your
own transportation
to and from your hotel. Crew Members will not provide
wake up calls or morning/evening shuttle service.
- You must check out
of camp in the evening and be back at camp in the
morning ready to ride at the designated
ride out time.
- We will not be coordinating
any group discount rates at any hotels.
